Robert Edward Miller

Robert Edward Miller, 74, of Charleroi, died Sunday, August 9, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Oakland. He was born April 14, 1946 in Burgettstown, the son of the late Carl Miller and Jennie Linn Laverick Miller. Robert was the Mechanical Engineering Drafting Instructor for many years at Penn Commercial in Washington, formerly known as The Washington Institute of Technology. He was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed fishing with his great niece, Jessica Kaitlin, as well as target shooting with her. He loved to sit on his cabin porch and watch the herds of deer and flocks of wild turkey pass by. Surviving is one sister, Norma June Kibler of Charleroi, 11 nieces and nephews, 6 great nieces and nephews and 1 great great niece. Deceased is a brother, Henry Lee Miller and a sister, Mary Royer. Due to state-mandated Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
