Patty L. Mass

Patty L. Mass, 65 of Washington, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at the Donnell House. She was born April 27, 1952 in Washington, the daughter of the late James Hallam and Dorothy Coen Hallam. Patty was a graduate of McGuffey High School and attended Penn Commercial. She worked as a secretary at McGraw Edison and retired from Cooper Industries in 1991. She was a member of Fairhill Manor Christian Church and Washington Women’s Bowling Association where she was the secretary for over 32 years. She also bowled in several other local leagues. On November 21, 1981, she married Charles A. “Chuck” Mass Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a brother, Ricky Hallam; two sisters, Roseanne (Russell) Gorby and Peggy (Ed) Tush; several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Monday, March 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.
