David Oren Kahlbaugh

David Oren Kahlbaugh, 52, of Claysville, died Tuesday, September 24, 2019, in The Grove of Washington. He was born December 27, 1966, in Washington, a son of Oren Eugene Kahlbaugh and Linda Clark Kahlbaugh of Claysville. Mr. Kahlbaugh was a graduate of Fort Cherry High School and worked as a heavy equipment operator for Bear Construction for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, especially raccoon hunting, fishing, ATV riding, playing poker, and going to “The Ranch” – his sportsmen’s club. Mr. Kahlbaugh was known for his great sense of humor. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two brothers, Mark (Denise) Kahlbaugh of McDonald and Lucas Kahlbaugh of Claysville; niece, Kristen; nephew, Mark; great-nephew, Jackson; and long-time friend, Justin Hackney. At the request of the deceased, services will be private.
