Agnes E. Tarr Hepinger

Agnes E. "Sis" Tarr Hepinger, 67, of Washington, died unexpectedly in her home on Wednesday, February 8, 2006. She was born in Washington on March, 20, 1938, a daughter of Edward and Agnes Rowe Tarr. Mrs. Hepinger was a homemaker and had attended Trinity Schools. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge # 22, Women�s Chapter. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her grandsons. On January 22, 1955, she married Edward V. Hepinger who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Francis "Eddie" Hepinger of Washington and Barry ( wife Janice ) Hepinger, also of Washington; a daughter, Patricia "Dianne" Ramey of Washington; a brother, John Edward "Big Daddy" Tarr of Claysville; four grandchildren, Christopher and Ryan Hepinger, James and Zachary Ramey; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hepinger is preceded in death by a son, Ricky Joe Hepinger; and a brother, Thomas "Skit" Tarr. A memorial service will be held for Agnes E. "Sis" Tarr Hepinger on Friday, February 10, 2006, at 1:00 pm in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
