Noreen Faye Coughenour

Noreen Faye Coughenour, 63, of Washington, died Saturday, October 3, 2009, in her residence. She was born January 4, 1946, in Washington, a daughter of Ira C. and Ethel V. Knipple Coughenour. Ms. Coughenour was a graduate of Trinity High School in 1963 and a past member of Friendship Community Church. She was a nurses’ aide at Washington Hospital for eighteen and a half years. She enjoyed her cats, shopping, and was an avid Steelers fan. Surviving are several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Deceased are four brothers, Ira T., George L., Charles R. and David Earl Coughenour; and a sister, Rose Bof. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
