Reba Gregg Majewski

Reba “Becky” Gregg Majewski, 87, of Washington, died Monday, February 9, 2009, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township. She was born July 31, 1921, in Monongalia County, West Virginia, a daughter of James and Elizabeth Fordyce Gregg. Mrs. Majewski graduated from Washington High School in 1940. She was a member of Avery United Methodist Church for sixty-two years. Mrs. Majewski was active in the community and was a 4-H Leader. She enjoyed camping, traveling, reading and crafts. She worked at Bobbie Brooks as a machine operator. Both her first husband, Joseph L. Mast, and second husband, Stanley M. Majewski, are deceased. Surviving are a son, Richard L. (Yvonne) Mast, of Washington; a daughter, Carol (Ted) Malone, of Washington; two step daughters, Marlene Polan, of the state of Washington, and Deborah Shaw, of the state of Connecticut; 8 grandchildren, Kevin (Deb) Malone, Michelle (Walter) Lober, Rhonda (Rob) Dalton, Robyn (Jason) Colbert, Mark (Ashley) Malone, Rich Mast, Jr., Stephanie Ames and Laurie Ann Polan; 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are three brothers, Kenneth, Victor and William Gregg. Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2009, with the Rev. Dr. Andrew C. Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
