Washington contractor, laborer enjoyed music. William Andrew "Keen" Miller, 18, of Washington, died Wednesday, December 17, 2008, in his home. He was born March 9, 1990, in Washington, a son of David C. Miller of Washington and Ann Gamble Miller of Lehigh, Fla. Mr. Miller was a contractor/laborer. He enjoyed music, the Steelers and his dog, Bones. Surviving are his fiancée, Ashley Angott of Washington; a son, Xavier Lee Angott, at home; three brothers, Christopher Miller of Monongahela, David Miller Jr. of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Skylar Miller of Washington; a sister, Emilee Morrison of Washington; an aunt, Brenda Couderc; three uncles, Rick and Mike King and Harry Ringer; and his stepmother, Misty Blue Morrison, and his stepgrandmother, Cindy Powell, both of Washington. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the hour of services, Sunday, December 21, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
