Worked as an accountant. Shirley R. Hamilton, 62, of Atwater, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 15, 2005, in her home. She was born January 20, 1943, in Allegheny County, a daughter of the late John and Dorothy Jobe Roessler. Mrs. Hamilton earned an associate of science degree from California State College and was employed as an accountant for 20 years. She was Baptist and a member of Eastford Baptist Church in Eastford, Conn. Surviving are three sons, Barrie Fraley of Ashford, Conn., Tony Fraley of Atwater, Ohio, and George Hamilton of Alliance, Ohio; two daughters, Jamie Pierce of Cleveland, Ohio, and Robin Finkel of Cameron, N.C.; two brothers, Charles Roessler of Imperial and David Roessler of Windham, Ohio; seven sisters, Kate Hillberry of Alexandria Va., Laura Weaver of Tampa, Fla., Audrey May of Hookstown, Judy Pugh of Cleveland, Ohio, Darlene McVay of Washington, Mary Cumer of Canonsburg and Dorothy Ardeno of Washington; and 12 grandchildren. Deceased are three brothers, John, Edward and Albert Roessler; and a sister, Britta Phillips. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m., the hour of service, Friday, June 17, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Dr. William Whiteman officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
