David Chester Emrock, Sr., 45, of Prosperity, died unexpectedly at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2007, in the Emergency Department of the Washington Hospital.
He was born August 30, 1961, in Washington, a son of the late Chester Ralph and Natalie Elizabeth Crossland Emrock.
Mr. Emrock graduated from Trinity High School and delivered newspapers for the Observer-Reporter. He was Catholic and enjoyed cars, restoring cars, and woodworking.
On August 22, 1989, he married Lorrie Weimer, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, David Emrock, at home; two daughters, Natalie and Montana Emrock, both at home; two brothers, Patrick M. Emrock of Pittsburgh and Thomas R. Emrock of Bethlehem.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2007, with Rev. Bill Bard officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
