James Evert Kelley, Jr. James Evert Kelley, Jr., 41, of Kingsport, TN, formerly of Washington, died Friday, January 1, 1010, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Washington, PA on May 3, 1968, a son of James E., Sr., and Dolores K. Varner Kelley, both of Washington, PA. Mr. Kelley had once been a member of the Apostolic Faith Church in Washington. He had attended Trinity Schools and enjoyed traveling and the outdoors, especially fishing. James was an auto mechanic having last worked for Chris�s Car Care, in Kingsport, TN. Surviving are a son, James E. �Jamie� Kelley, III, of Ashland, OH; a daughter, Jennifer �Jenna Lynne� Kelley, of Ashland, OH; a brother. Daniel L. Kelley, of Kingsport, TN and a sister, Dolores � Kathleen � Kelley, of Washington, PA. Deceased is a brother, Brian Edward Kelley. Friends will be received on Wednesday, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington. A service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the Church of Christ, 700 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Rev. Ed Kelley officiating..
