Brenda Lee Lemley

Brenda Lee Lemley, 55, of Scenery Hill, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in the home of her brother. She was born January 14, 1962 in Washington, the daughter of Harry Cross of Scenery Hill and Mabel Moore Cross of Washington. Brenda was a 1980 graduate of Bentworth High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed auctions, gardening, and spending time with family and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by everyone. On May 1, 1982, she married George R. Lemley, Jr., who survives. Also, surviving are a son, Justin (Paige) Lemley Sr. of Scenery Hill; a daughter, Heather (Troy) Gehring of Washington; a brother, Mike (Stacey Cross of Scenery Hill; two sisters, Trena Cross of Washington and Robin (Barry) Vaglia of Scenery Hill; four grandchildren, Hayden Dawson, Kendra Lemley, Adriana Lemley and Justin Lemley Jr., plus one on the way, due in September; mother in law, Mary Lemley; brother and sister in laws, Dorry Biggs, Joanne (Chuck) Morris, Sharon Miller, Roger (Amy) Lemley and Kathy Hoover; several nieces and nephews. Deceased are father in law, George Lemley Sr.; sister in law, Susan Kletch; brother in law, Richard Hoover. All services were private. Arrangements were entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
