Betty Jane Stevenson, 90, of Washington, died on Friday, May 29, 2015, in the Washington County Health Center.
She was born on August 9, 1924, in Revloc, PA, a daughter of the late John Elvie and Sarah P. Stevens McMasters.
Mrs. Stevenson was the owner of the Gamecock Inn, in Warren, and the Wash and Shop, in Jamestown, NY.
She enjoyed playing cards, reading, cooking, and decorating her home.
Betty loved her family, and all things beautiful.
Surviving, are three sons, Thomas Charles Gibbon, of Idaho, David John Gibbon, of Washington, and William Stevenson, of Warren, PA; two daughters, Deborah Ann Gibbon, of New Jersey, and Beth A Stevenson, of Virginia; nine grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are eleven siblings.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Betty’s name, to the Sugar Grove Library, 22 Harmon St., Sugar Grove, PA 16350.
