Earl William “Bill” Toland, 55, of Washington, died Monday, July 23, 2012, in Donnell House, following a three-month illness.
He was born May 20, 1957, in West Virginia, son of the late Norma Jean Toland Thompson.
Mr. Toland was a lawn technician with Spring Green for three years and formerly worked for Frankie’s Amusements.
Surviving are son Cody Vettori and daughter Marin Vettori, both of Massachusetts; brother, Russell Howard Dougherty of Bentleyville; and five sisters, Patricia A. Strope of Moundsville, W.Va., Lynn Milligan of Washington, Joni Morris of Moundsville, Molly Kammer of Elm Grove, W.Va., and Missy Hayes of Moundsville; several nieces and nephews; and his girlfriend of five years, Irene Mrenak.
Deceased is a brother, Chuck Dougherty.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 28, with Pastor Paul Mitchell officiating.
Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens Cemetery, McMurray.
