Yolanda Spino, was born September 14, 1935, and passed away November 21, 2024, in Premier Washington Health Center. Arrangements are private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Private interment will be held in Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Washington Area Humane Society 1527 Route 136, Eighty Four, PA 15330.
