William Peter Toe

William Peter Toe, 79, of Washington, died on October 21, 2022, in Premier Washington Health Center. He was born on May 19, 1943, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late James and Elizabeth Snyder Toe. A 1961 graduate of Peters Township High School, William was Presbyterian by faith. He had worked as a laboratory technician for Consol Energy. A classic MOPAR car enthusiast, he collected and restored the cars, and his best friends drove his cars in drag races. They called it "MOPAR Madness." He also enjoyed fishing and hunting with his hunting dogs that he adored. On August 11, 1967, he married the love of his life, Colleen Donovan, who survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Jane English and Patricia Hildebrand; several nieces and nephews; and his dear friend, Cindy Crawford, who was like a daughter to him. Deceased are three brothers, James, John, and Robert (Ellen) Toe; and two sisters, Elizabeth Taylor and Sally (Gene) Toe Brotemarkle. Friends and family are welcome on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 7 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington.
