William George Tamulinas

William George Tamulinas, Jr., 52, of Washington, died December 1, 2021, in Canonsburg Hospital. He was born September 1, 1969, in Pittsburgh, a son of William George Tamulinas, Sr., and Carol Gibson, both of Washington. Mr. Tamulinas graduated from Freedom High School where he participated in baseball, football and wrestling. He worked in the oil and gas industry as a spotter for Pilot Flying J. Mr. Tamulinas loved sports of all kinds and was an avid Steelers fan. His hobbies included fishing and hunting. Mr. Tamulinas was a fun-loving person and always the life of the party. A veteran of the Army, he served from February 24, 1989, until his honorable discharge on March 16, 1992. His military awards include the Southwest Asia Service Medal with bronze service star, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Expert Marksmanship Badge-Grenade, Marksmanship Badge-Rifle, Combat Infantryman Badge, and Kuwait Liberation Medal. On September 30, 2000, he married Stacy Coulter, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Chloe Tamulinas of Washington; a brother, Ronald Tamulinas of Washington; a sister, Lori Tamulinas of Washington; his stepmother, Emily Tamulinas; mother-in-law, Shelva Coulter; brothers-in-law, Craig (Christel) Coulter and Chris Coulter; nieces, Alexis and Carissa Coulter; nephews, William and Joe Mann; three great-nieces, including Sutton Lowe. Deceased is his father-in-law, Robert M. Coulter. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 7th.
