Wanda Lou Lycett, 65, of Washington, died on September 2, 2023, in the Donnell House. She was born on July 8, 1958, in Washington, a daughter of the late Russell and Helen Bell White. Wanda earned an associate degree from Penn Commercial Business/Technical School. Mrs. Lycett served in programs with the Salvation Army. She loved her dog, Charlie Brown, and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, John Henry Lycett, Sr.; a daughter, Michelle Marie Lycett; a son, Michael R. (Meranda) Lycett; three sisters, Dora Morris, Bonnie Fuller and Ruth Davis; four brothers, Richard Bell, Larry White, Robert White and Ronnie White; grandchildren, John H. Lycett, Jr., Harley Rose Lycett, Michael Lycett Jr., Donald Lycett, Matthew Skirble, Noelle Nieves, Autumn Nieves, Zachary Lycett and Hope Lycett; a great grandchild, Bentley Skirble; as well as many nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a son, John H. Lycett, Jr.; and two sisters, Nancy Gray and Linda Davis. At the request of the deceased there will be no services.
