Vincent Paul Knotts

Vincent Paul Knotts, 59, of Washington PA, died unexpectedly February 5, 2024, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born February 12, 1964, in Washington, the son of Ronald Knotts and Carol Sharp. He graduated from Trinity High School in 1982. Vince married his wife, Carla Johnston Knotts, in June 1987.They were happily married for 37 years. Vince loved playing many sports including, baseball, basketball, golf and cornhole. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He dedicated much of his free time to umpiring youth baseball. He was also a coach for Trinity girls basketball and helped coach boys basketball at the Brownson House. He worked as a Sales Representative and business developer for H.T. Hackney. Customer service was his number one priority. Prior to that, he worked for Sam Cohen & Sons for many years. Vince is survived by his wife, Carla Johnston Knotts; mother, Carol Sharp (step-father Bud, deceased), father, Ronald Knotts (step-mother Elaine); brothers, Ron Knotts, and Mark Knotts (Lori); sisters, LuAnn Craig (John Paul), and Melissa Burns (John); and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Thursday, February 8, 2024, 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Service will be on Friday, February 9, at 1 pm, at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301 with Pastor Brian Greenleaf officiating. Burial will follow at West Middletown Cemetery.
