Troy R. “Worm” Naylor, 53, of Washington, died on Monday, February 3, 2020, in his home. He was born on April 11, 1966, in Washington a son of Edith Fleet Naylor, of Washington, and the late Robert Reed. A graduate of Washington High School, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Norfolk, VA. Troy had been enlisted in the United States Navy. He worked as a coal miner. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, troy loved fishing. He is survived by his wife Carmen Naylor. Also surviving are six children, Quinn Wells, of Washington, Kara Johnson, of Washington, Sherrod Naylor, of Pittsburgh, Alyssa Wise, of Pittsburgh, LaShae Naylor, of Washington, and Simone Ivery, of Washington; four stepchildren, Joshua (Shantel) Woods, Kashan Henry, Jovontae Casey, and Juwan Casey, all of Springfield, OH; six siblings, Raymond Naylor, of Boston, MA, Sandra Walker, of St. Louis, MO, Faith (Michael) Franklin, of Washington, Patricia Booth, of Pittsburgh, David (Tara) Gatling, of Washington, and Shelly Jacobs, of Washington; eleven grandchildren, Vincent, Jamir, Kyree, Gionna, Josh, Javionna, Jayce, Lalionna, Lennox, Marionna, and Makayla; his mother-in-law, Julia Tyree; numerous nieces and nephews; an aunt, Dorothy (the late Bennie) Watson, of Washington; and a brother-in-law, Ken Henry, and a sister-in-law, Yvonne Michelle Henry, both of Springfield, OH. All services will be private.
