Timothy Wayne Keener, Sr.

Timothy Wayne Keener, Sr., 67, of Lake Wales, Florida, formerly of Washington, died on July 26, 2022. He was born on December 13, 1954, in Washington, a son of Gale Ann Conn Keener, of Washington, and the late Donald L. Keener. Timothy was a 1972 graduate of Trinity High School. Mr. Keener was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked as a truck driver. Timothy enjoyed cars, motorcycles, and playing disc golf, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are two sons, Timothy W. Keener, Jr. (Natalie Rodriguez), of Lake Wales, FL and Joshua L. Lindsay, of Georgia; a brother, Donald (Michele) Keener, of Claysville; five grandchildren, Katherine, Scarlette, Leonidas and Joshua and Luis; two nieces, Kina Keener and Kressa Keener (Butch) Dunn; a nephew, Korey Keener; a great niece, Taylor; and a great nephew, Ethan. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2022, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA. An inurnment in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, will take place at a later date.
