Thomas W. “Tom” Quinn, Jr., 60, of Washington, lost his fight with Covid-19 on December 13, 2020. He was born July 27, 1960, in Washington, a son of the late Thomas William Quinn, Sr., and Rebecca Rose Parry Quinn. Mr. Quinn graduated from Washington High School in 1978 and worked in the maintenance department at The Washington Hospital. He was a member of the Keystone Club and the Arden Club, and a former member of the Alpine Club. He enjoyed bowling and golfing, was a fan of Steelers football, and loved Penguins hockey. Mr. Quinn loved his dog, Gidzmo Lee, and his cats, Oreo, Grayson, Moe, and Benji. On February 13, 1987, he married Karen S. Johnson, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Matthew T. Quinn (fiancée Billie R. Musolino) of Canonsburg; a daughter, Katie R. Quinn of Washington; a sister, Kathy Richmond; two grandchildren, Mia Brach and Leonardo Musolino; a cousin, Bill (Cindy) Quinn; two sisters-in-law, Sharon and Judy Johnson; several nieces and nephews; close friend, Gerald Amistade; and good friends, Karen, Mike, Brian, and Scott Palfreyman. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
