Teresa K. Turner

Teresa K. Turner, 48, of Washington, died on June 19, 2023, in Donnell House. She was born on May 24, 1975, in Washington, a daughter of Eddie E. Moss and Linda Kelley. Teresa had attended Burgettstown High School. Mrs. Turner worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for McMurray Hills Manor. She enjoyed throwing darts and playing cards. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandbaby, and family get togethers. Since 1996, the whole family gathered annually, for a family reunion on Labor Day. On July 30, 2011, she married Walter L. Turner, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Marcus S. Kramer and Elijah Turner; a stepson, Shemar Turner; five siblings, Carol Moss, April Moss, Ricki Kelley, Melissa Alderman, and James Moss; a grandchild, Jordyn Kramer; as well as many nieces, nephews, uncles and cousins. Deceased are a son, Robert Kramer, Jr.; a brother, Dave Moss; Paternal grandparents, Harvey I. Moss, Sr. and Josephine Moss; maternal grandparents, Margaret and Edward Kelley; and Pap Pap Kermit King. Friends and family are welcome on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, in Burgettstown.
