Tammy Jo Kelley Robison, 51, of Washington, passed away on September 9, 2022, at home, surrounded by family, following a difficult illness. She is the daughter of Charles Leroy Kelley, of West Alexander, and Jennifer Diane Kelley, of Claysville. Tammy grew up in Claysville, and graduated from McGuffey High School. Most recently she worked at the Town View Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she was beloved by many of the residents. She was a loving and generous person, known especially for the thoughtful gifts she would choose for Christmas, after hours of shopping. Tammy enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and trips to the Meadows Casino. Her grandchildren were a special joy in her life. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her devoted partner, Brian McClain, who rarely left her side during her illness; children, Terry (Beth) and Brandon Kelley, Brian, Jr. (Leah), Isaiah and Vanessa; grandchildren, Bayleigh, Maddox, Rawlins, Cheyenne, Brandon, Jr., and Charlie; two brothers, Charles, Jr. "Cecil" (Kathy) and William (Loy) Kelley; a sister, Tracy Anderson; and close family friend, John Bogaard. She is also sadly missed by many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington.
