Stanley E. Brunner, 38, of Washington, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018, in his home. He was born on December 22, 1979, in Washington Hospital, the beloved son of David C. “Red” Brunner, of Washington, and the late Gretchen Ann Schultz Brunner. Stanley graduated from Chartiers-Houston High School, where he participated in football and track and field. Mr. Brunner was a member of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church in Meadowlands. He had a big heart, and loved to help people. Stanley enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing horseshoes and cornhole, and barbecuing. His greatest joy was spending time with family. He was the loving brother of Katrina (Robert) Schlichtkrull, of Wexford, Andrew (Nicole) Brunner, of Oklahoma, Randall Brunner, of Bethel Park, Samantha (Keith) Barron, of Lakeland, GA, Abagail (Eduardo) Lucero, of El Cajon, CA, and his two late sisters, Edith and Amanda Brunner. He is also survived by two loving nephews, and nine adored nieces. Love you grasshopper. Friends will be received on Sunday, August 5, 2018, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2018, in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, 535 Pike St., Meadowlands, with Father Carmen D’Amico as celebrant. All those planning to attend the Mass are asked to please meet at the church.
