Sharon Kay Johnson, 63, of Washington, died February 13, 2023, in the Washington Hospital. She was born January 9, 1960, in Washington, the daughter of the late George A. and Kathryn Hampson Johnson. A 1977 graduate of Trinity High School, she earned an Associates degree from West Virginia Northern Community College. She spent her career as a Registered Nurse, retiring from Canonsburg Hospital. Sharon was a member of the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed playing Mexican train dominoes, traveling, vacations, and being at the pool. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She is survived by her significant other, Tarra D. Graham-Sandler, with whom she shared a home; her son, Lucas A. Johnson, of Washington; sisters, Karen S. Quinn (the late Tom), of Washington, and Judy L. Johnson (fiancé Doug Hawes), of Cape Coral, FL; nieces and nephews, Matthew Quinn, Katie Quinn, Heather Bolinger, and Donald Bolinger (Brittney); great-nieces and great nephew, Aryella, Addalynn Grace, and Grayson; and aunts, Lois Bevan, and Lillian Martin. Family and friends will be received Sunday, February 19, 2023, from 1-6 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, the place of service, Monday, February 20, at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses. Interment will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
