Shannon Kelly Ringheisen

Shannon Kelly Ringheisen, 42, of West Alexander, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024, in Washington Hospital. She was born March 31, 1982, in Washington, a daughter of Valarie Jean Scott Gump, who survives, and the late Kelly Ray Gump. Shannon was a graduate of McGuffey High School and was employed by Advanced Orthopedics as a receptionist and scheduler. She was an amazing mother, who always cheered for her kids during their sporting events, and always volunteered to be “team mom.” Shannon loved riding with her husband on their Harley Davidson motorcycle. On November 20, 2015, she married Matthew A. Ringheisen, who survives. Also surviving, in addition to her mother, are three sons, Chance Michael Gump, and twins Matthew Alan Ringheisen and Mason Kelly Ringheisen; a brother, Justin Erik Gump; her mother-in-law, Gale P. King; her niece, Camryn Gump; her nephew, Noah Erik Gump; and her loyal dog, Koda. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 6 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, May 25, 2024, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
