Santina Antionette Fields

Santina Antionette Fields 57, of Washington passed away unexpectedly in her home Friday March 2, 2018. She was born July 23, 1960 In Washington a daughter of Joseph Fields and Sandra Lewis Fields. Santina was a graduate of Washington High School, later becoming a nursing assistant and working at Presbyterian Senior Care. She was a Christian by Faith. She enjoyed adult coloring books, artwork and her spending time with her grandchildren. Santina is survived by her companion of twenty years Donald J. Wise of Washington; son David (Melissa) Wise of Washington; daughter Joy (Michael) Wright of Avella; brothers Joseph L. Fields Jr. and Robert K. Fields both of Washington; sisters Robin Sphar, Debbie Fields, Shelly Fields all of Washington; grandchildren Daniel, Amber, McKenzie, MaryJane; great grandchildren Chloe, Paige, Levi and Cody. Deceased is a granddaughter Megan Santina A memorial service will be held Tuesday March 6 at 1:00 p.m. at The Living Waters Church of God, 965 Weirich Avenue Washington, PA 15301 with Pastor Michael Singo officiating. Arrangements are under the care of William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
