Sandra Elizabeth Higgins

Sandra Elizabeth Higgins, 77, of Canonsburg, died Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Washington Hospital. She was born on July 25, 1943, in Washington, the daughter of the late Theodore James and Mary Elizabeth Mundell Richardson. Sandra was a homemaker and raised canaries and cockatiels. She loved spending time with family and friends. On August 20, 1960, Sandra married Randall Jay Higgins, Sr., who died on June 16, 2009. Surviving is a son Randall J. Higgins, Jr. of Washington; a granddaughter Ashley Higgins; a great-granddaughter Livia Bedillion. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private. Arrangements are entrusted to William G.
