Rosemary Dittman

Rosemary Dittman, 74, of Washington, died July 10, 2023, in Presbyterian Senior Care, Washington. She was born March 12, 1949, in Washington, the daughter of the late Earl and Catherine Fischer Lindley. A 1967 graduate of Washington High School, she worked in the bookstore at Washington & Jefferson College. Rosemary was catholic and attended Immaculate Conception Church – Saint James Parish. Spending time with her grandchildren and baking was how she loved to spend her days. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Chad (Carla) Dittman; daughter, Erika (Charles) Minch; grandchildren, Alexis Rose Minch, Kaitlyn Ann Minch, and Dylan Stein; niece and nephews, Cyril, Renate, and Johann Walther, several great nieces and great nephews, and brother-in-law, Cyril Walther. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Logan Charles Minch and her sister, Kathy Walther. Family and friends will be received Thursday, July 13, 2023, 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 14th, at 1 pm, in Immaculate Conception Church – Saint James Parish, with Father Mike Zavage, as celebrant. Interment to follow in Prosperity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
