Roseann Marie Bigler, 83 of Washington, died Sunday, January 6, 2019 at St. Clair Hospital. She was born April 13, 1935 in Washington, the daughter of the late Frank and Ann Fedis Belcastro. Roseann attended Trinity High School and delivered papers for the Observer Reporter Newspaper and worked at Scotty’s Ice Cream. She enjoyed crafts, baking and playing dartball. She also loved spending time with family and friends. On April 14, 1953, she married Gary Bigler, who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Dan (Kelly) Bigler of Washington, Randy (Elaine) Bigler of Washington and Tim (Lisa) Bigler of Southview; a daughter, Rebecca (Randolph) Allen of Beaver Falls; three brothers, Sam (Bonnie) Belcastro of Claysville, Gary (Debbie) Belcastro and Greg (Debi) Belcastro both of Washington; a sister, Patsy Belcastro of Washington; eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents are a sister, Bernadette Yanniello. Friends will be received Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.
