Rosalie Miller, 63, of Washington, died October 7, 2022, at her home. She was born June 25, 1959, in Monessen, the daughter of the late Gus and Penny Kordistos. A graduate of Monessen High School, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She spent her career at Meadows Racetrack, as Assistant Director for 22 years, she then worked at Ross Mould, as a truck dispatch, and later at Oglebay Park. Rosalie was very proud of her Greek Heritage. She loved her cats, flowers, and gardening, decorating for all the holidays, and puzzles. Rosalie really loved Disney World, so much so, that she visited for 34 years in a row. On August 20, 1988, Rosalie married Gary E. Miller, who survives. Also surviving is her only daughter, her pride and joy, Jennifer (Richard) Hunton, of Chapin, SC; a brother, Peter Kordistos, of Monessen; a sister, Angela (Sam) Labash, of Belle Vernon; father-in-law, J.C. Miller (the late Romaine), of Washington; several nieces and nephews; and many sisters and brothers in law. Also missed by several aunts, cousins, and an uncle. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, October 12, 2022, from 6-8 pm, and Thursday, October 13, from 9-11 am, the time of service in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Joe DiDonato officiating. Interment to follow in the Washington Cemetery.
