Robert M. Merashoff, Jr.

Robert M. “Rob” Merashoff, Jr., 53, of Amity, died Sunday, December 31, 2023, in The Washington Hospital. He was born March 6, 1970, in Hartford Connecticut, a son of Cynde Emery Merashoff of Scenery Hill and the late Robert M. Merashoff. Rob graduated from Bentworth High School and attended California University of Pennsylvania and Triangle Tech. He was the owner of 40 Bar and Grille, as well as various local businesses. Rob loved fishing, riding his Harley, and traveling. He enjoyed music, especially Metallica and Budderside, and going to concerts. On June 26, 2021, he married Emma L. Morgan, who survives. Also surviving are two children, Madison Merashoff and Robert “Robbie” Merashoff III; four stepchildren, Damian Lindley, Kaylee Crowe, Gavin Crowe, and Carlee Crowe; a brother, Mark (Candy) Merashoff; a nephew, Jordon (Breanna) Merashoff; and a great-niece, Oaklyn Merashoff. Deceased are his grandparents, Robert and Stella Merashoff and James and Bernadette Emery. Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 5th, in William G.
