Robert Alan Kinsley, 74, of Weirton, West Virginia, died May 14, 2024, in West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born July 3, 1949, in Morgantown, West Virginia, a son of the late James and Wilma Trout Kinsley. Bob worked as a mechanic for Republic Services in Carnegie. He loved spending time with friends and family and would help anyone who needed help. Bob enjoyed participating in stock and dirt track car racing, earning many trophies over the years. He also enjoyed shopping at pawn shops, mostly for conversation as he liked talking with people. On June 24, 2013, he married Joanna Morris, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Kimberly Dawson (Shane) and Bridget Shaw (Jeff); three stepchildren, Lonie Ward (Shelly), Trent Ward (Jeani), and Jennifer Ward; a brother, Dave Trout; two sisters, Janet and Kathy; 20 grandchildren; many, many great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, May 20th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 21st. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
