Robert Eugene “Bobby” Cohen, 66, of Washington, departed to be with the Lord on Friday, July 17, 2020. He was born April 13, 1954, in Washington, to the late Mrs. Ruth Cohen. He leaves to mourn him, his wife, Wilhemina Cohen; daughters, Jessie Waldon of Cleveland, Ohio, and Chasity Boea, who was his caregiver, of Washington; sons, Chad Johnson and Eugene Woods, both of Washington, Chaz Johnson of Monessen, and Michael Humphrey and Edward Washington, both of Washington; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister, Darnella Cohen of Pittsburgh; brothers, James, Henry, Terry and Michael Cohen, all of Washington; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers, Tony and Johnny Cohen. For over 32 years, Mr. Cohen worked as head chef at Wendy’s, retiring from the McMurray location. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Chicago Bulls fan and enjoyed watching cowboy movies and wrestling. Until becoming ill, Bobby was a trustee at Pathway to Christ Church. His favorite line was “I’m Good.” Due to state-mandated Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private.
