Robert W. “Bob” McFeely, 84, of Washington, died January 3, 2024, in UPMC Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born June 29, 1939, in Washington, a son of the late Charles Edgar McFeely and Betty Jane Clemens McFeely. Bob proudly served in the US Army from 1962 until 1968. He worked as an advertising director for the Observer-Reporter for many years. A locally accomplished artist, Bob was an avid horseman who loved hunting and fishing, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was loyal to those he loved dearly. Bob was baptized in the Third Presbyterian Church of Washington. Deceased, in addition to his parents, is his sister, Sandra Sue McFeely. Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 10th, from 5 to 7 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m., Thursday, January 11th, in the funeral home, followed by burial in Washington Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded at the cemetery by American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175.
