Richard D. Mounts

Richard “Rick” Mounts 83, of Washington passed away on October 28, 2017 at Southmont Presbyterian Senior Care. Rick was born April 2, 1934 in Washington son of the late John Franklin Mounts and Juanita Harriett Anderson Mounts. He was a graduate of Washington High School, and served in the United States Navy Rick was a member of The Church of Christ. He enjoyed gardening and flowers. He was the owner of several floral shops in Washington including, Four Seasons Floral, Warrick Florist. Rick was also owner Anderson Transfer at one time. Rick is survived by a brother John E. “Jack” (Stephanie) Mounts of Virginia; companion and close friend Larry S. Young of Washington; close friend James “Jimmy” Henderson of Washington, and many friends and neighbors.   There will be no public visitation, arrangements are under the care of William G.
