Richard Lynn Hone

Richard Lynn Hone, 66, of Washington, died April 28, 2023, in the Washington Hospital. He was born October 21, 1956, in Confluence, the son of the late Paul Richard and Ruth Arlene Colflesh Hone. A graduate of Union High School, he was a machine operator for Pleiger Plastics. Richard loved all sports. He enjoyed watching football and baseball and was an avid Steelers and Pirates fan. He loved spending time with friends and cooking. He was a great cook. Richard is survived by a son, Eric (Karen) Hone; sisters, Kelle (Ron) Bongiorni, and Wendy Welch; and his dearest friend “Chrissy” (Christine Haskey), who throughout the years had become more like family.
