Rebecca Ann “Becky” Miller, 77, of Washington, passed away Monday, September 30, 2024, in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. She was born April 18, 1947, in Washington, a daughter of Virginia Schwingel Aloia, who survives, and the late Anthony Aloia. Becky was a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School. She was employed by UPS in Washington for 24 years and had previously worked at Industrial Scientific. Becky was strong in her faith and was a member of Living Stone Community Church. She was the primary caregiver of her mother and volunteered her time at the local food bank. Her passion was taking care of others, especially in their time of need. She loved God, her family, and gardening. On June 4, 1966, she married Henry P. Miller, who passed away September 23, 2000. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are five children, Cheryl L. (Jim) Oliver, Eric H. (Lillian) Miller, Nicole R. (Nathan) Fry, Adam M. Miller and Andrew K. (Ashlee Hobgood) Miller; grandchildren Ronay Keys, Christian Oliver, Shiloh, Rachel, Jennifer, Erica and Katie Miller, Tabatha (Samuel) Finneran, Courtney (Zack) Kincaid, and Noelle and Blake Miller; and great-grandchildren Delilah Ausher, Joseph, Mary and David Finneran, and Serenity and Roman Kincaid. Deceased, in addition to her father and husband, are a great-grandson, Zephaniah Finneran, and a brother, Anthony Aloia Jr. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2024, and from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of service, Friday, October 4, 2024, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Paul Harrington, Pastor William Bass, and Pastor Samuel Finneran officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
