Ramona F Rice

Ramona F. Rice, 89 of Marianna passed away peacefully in her home on April 12, 2018. She was born September 27, 1928 in Washington a daughter of the late Allen and Carmen Fish. Ramona attended Washington Schools and was a homemaker. A member of The Moose Lodge in Washington, She enjoyed spending time with her family and her beloved grandchildren. She enjoyed country living and spending time on the family farm. On January 9, 1949 she married John Albert Rice who passed away on February 23, 2011. Surviving are a son John R. Rice of Eighty-Four; daughter Cheryl (Steve) Deditch of Marianna; five grandchildren Brian Rice (Jessie), Amy Martin, Gregory Deditch (Tasha), Eric Deditch (Michelle), Scott Deditch; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews. Deceased are her siblings, Harriett Davis, George A. Fish, Margaret Yoders, Florence Fender, Elsie Henderson, and Carl W. Fish. Friends will be received Sunday April 15 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm in The William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. 925 Allison Avenue Washington, PA 15301, where services will be held on Monday April 16 at 10:00 am with Rev. Sue Petritis officiating. Interment to follow at Lone Pine Cemetery.
