Phyllis Ann Cimino

Phyllis Ann Cimino, 80, of Washington, died November 19, 2022, in Strabane Trails Village, Washington. She was born April 8, 1942, in Washington, the daughter of the late Walter and Esther Cole Viehmann. A graduate of Washington High School, she attended Bethany College. Phyllis was a secretary for Trinity School District and a member of Fairhill Manor Christian Church. She was a member of the Strabane Trails Wii Bowling League and loved it. An avid Steelers fan, she also enjoyed reading. On September 21, 1963, Phyllis married Robert Louis Cimino, who died May 15, 1995. Surviving is a son, Marcus Cimino (Margaret); a daughter, Rachel Lazor; grandchildren, Addison, Brighton, and Alexandra; great grandchild, Margot; and several nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her brother, Walter Viehmann, and sister, Virginia Brezinski. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A service will follow at 1:00 pm, with Rev. Chris Stillwell officiating. Interment to follow in Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Washington Area Humane Society, 1527 Route 136, Eighty-Four, PA 15330.
