Patricia Ann Hughes

Patricia Ann “Tricia” Hughes, 51, of Washington, died Wednesday, November 28, 2018, in the Donnell House. She was born July 22, 1967, in New York City, a daughter of Margaret Ann Conti Hughes of Washington and the late Edward B. Hughes. Ms. Hughes loved and adored her grandchildren.  She enjoyed playing cards, spending time outdoors, landscaping and interior decorating. Surviving are her fiancé, Ray W. Sprowls, with whom she shared a home for over 20 years; a son, John D. Kelley, Jr. (Cortney); a daughter, Taylor R. Sprowls; siblings, Ed Hughes, Donna Perez (Mike), and Michael Hughes, all of Washington; three grandchildren, Keirsten, Ryleigh and Ryker Kelley; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, December 3rd.  Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
