Palma “Pam” F. Crowe Eimer Fender, 95, of Washington, died on April 24, 2023, in Woodside Place, Washington. She was born on March 29, 1928, in Washington, a daughter of the late Santo and Rose Scaglione Felice. A 1947 graduate of Washington High School, she was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Pam retired on March 9, 1990, from Bon Ton at the Washington Crown Center, where she had worked for more than twenty years. She was their first employee. She was on the board of directors for the Washington Senior Center, and the advisory board for the Washington County Health Center. Mrs. Fender was an auxiliary member of the Edwin Scott Linton Post 175 of the American Legion. A sports fan, she especially liked the Pittsburgh Pirates. Pam enjoyed sitting down with a good book, but her greatest joy was the time she spent with her beloved family. On March 5, 1949, she married James W. Crowe, who died on July 12, 1976. On January 28, 1984, she married Henry C. “Hank” Eimer, who died on June 21, 1985. On April 7, 1989, she married Earl R. “Chick” Fender, who died on November 6, 1993. Surviving are two children, Anita (Brian) Crowe Burdette, of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Larry (Chris) Crowe, of Washington; five grandchildren, Rhonda (James) Frye-Nance, Jesse (Lindsay) Frye, Brandon (Sarah Anderson) Burdette, Justin (Courtney) Crowe, and Ashleigh Crowe; fourteen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; a nephew, Civie (Kathy) Felice, Jr.; as well as several additional nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, Civie Felice; and two brothers who died in infancy; as well as her companion, George Taylor. A service will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, with Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church, 92 W.
