Margaret Ann Lukancich Piszczek, 75, of Amwell Township, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025. She was born August 23, 1949, in Washington, a daughter of the late William Lukancich and Margaret Crawford Lukancich. Margaret was a graduate of Burgettstown High School. She was employed as a social worker at ARC for many years and had previously worked for Bobby Brooks as an inspector. Margaret loved the Lord and reading the bible. She enjoyed taking care of others, singing, karaoke and wrestling. She was once published in Easy Rider Magazine. On October 4, 1996, she married James Michael Piszczek, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Bernard (Gina) Miller; a brother, Norman (Ruth) Lukancich; a sister, Debbie Weihamier; three grandchildren, James Miller, Nathan (Kaitlin) Miller and Jason (Kristen) Miller; four great-grandchildren, Ace and Charlee Miller and Dominic and Gabriella Miller; two sisters-in-law, Janet (Anthony Sr.) Umshares and Donna Pratt; a nephew, Chase James Umshares; and a niece, Cassandra (Austin) Sellars. Deceased are a son, Jason Miller, a brother, Billy Lukancich; a nephew, Anthony Umshares Jr; and a brother-in-law, John Leonard Piszczak. A special heartfelt “thank you” to Thomas and Debbie Coneby for the generous and loving care they provided in Margaret’s final days. Arrangements are private and entrusted to William G.
