Lois Falosk, 77, of Washington, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024, in UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh, surrounded by family. She was born May 21, 1947, in West Mifflin, a daughter of the late John C. Matis and Katherine Brethold Matis. Lois was a graduate of West Mifflin High School and attended technical school. She had worked as a secretary in the manufacturing industry. Lois was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Washington. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s activities. She loved animals, especially the family Puggle, Bailey, and spending time with her family. On November 23, 1968, she married her husband, James Falosk, who passed away July 3, 2023. Surviving are three sons, James (Lynann) Falosk, Michael (Amber) Falosk and Matthew (Dana) Falosk; a brother, John “Jack” (Cheryl) Matis; and four grandchildren, Cassie, Joe, Rocco and Troy.
