Linda Luvera Robinson was born on April 7, 1953, in Pittsburgh, PA. She departed this life on Monday, June 10, 2019, in The Grove at Washington Nursing Home, Washington County. She was the daughter of the late Leroy and Audrey (Allen) Washington, Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Betty (Ruben) Gordon of Bridgeville and Lisa (Randy) Pickett of Pittsburgh; one sister, Sharon Council of Allegheny Township; five granddaughters, Mina Haley, Mya Williams, Tajah Haley, Tyra Robinson and Letha Gordon; three grandsons, Ruben Gordon, Jr., Brandon Pickett and Bryce Pickett; great-grandchildren, Jah’Nijah Gaston, James Gaston and Mijerean Witcher, Jr.; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Leroy Jr., Gerald and Rodney Washington, and her twin sister, Lana Washington. Linda will be most remembered for her whimsical spirit, imagination, expressive personality, and most importantly, her beautiful heart. She loved quirky, colorful and crazy clothes that matched her so well. Linda was a light in the lives of many and her hilarious energy will continue to live through those that loved her. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 15th, from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A memorial service for Linda L. Robinson and her sister, Lana Washington, will be held at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
