Leonard B. “Len” Prusakowski, Sr., 82, of Claysville, died August 8, 2023, in UPMC-Passavant Hospital. He was born June 30, 1941, in Wilkes-Barre, the son of the late Benjamin and Anna Prusakowski. Len loved the Lord and going to church. He was a member of Sacred Heart of St. James Parish and attended Fairmont United Methodist Church. He owned PC Graphics, Inc., and retired from RCA and Quasatronics. Mr. Prusakowski served his country in the United States Navy and was a member of the Claysville American Legion. Len loved to go camping and spending time outdoors with his family who he loved very much. He is survived by his wife Sarah E. Coffield Shape; his son, Leonard Prusakowski, Jr., of Claysville; stepsons, John (Kathy) Shape, of Cassville, Joe Shape, of Claysville, and Jim (Darlene) Shape, of Claysville; stepdaughters, Sue (Bruce) Yaworski, of Claysville, and Dawn (Justin) Greenleaf, of Hammonton, NJ; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Charlene Prusakowski, and brother Benjamin Prusakowski. Family and friends will be received Friday, August 11, 2023, from 1 pm until 8 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington with the service on Saturday, August 12th at 10 am with Pastor Scott Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in St James Catholic Cemetery, West Alexander.
