Leonard J. Gagliardi

Leonard J. “Lenny” Gagliardi, 69, of Washington, died December 31, 2023, in his home. He was born December 28, 1954, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Dominic and Helen Bellina Gagliardi. Lenny graduated from Baldwin High School and was Catholic by faith. He loved sports, especially the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates, and also music. But more than anything, he loved being a grandfather and spending time with his family. On May 5, 1984, Lenny married Peggy Taylor, who survives. Also surviving is his daughter Nicole A. Herman (Jonathan); stepson, Butch Dunn (Kressa); twin sister, Donna Wilson (Timothy); grandchildren, Brexlee Herman, and Taylor and Ethan Dunn; nieces and nephews, Louis Gagliardi, Jr., Michele Gagliardi, Michael Gagliardi, Timothy Wilson, Jr., and Nicholas Wilson. Preceding him in death was his brother, Louis Gagliardi. There will be a memorial gathering, Sunday, January 14, 2024, 2-4 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301, followed by the memorial service at 4 pm.
