Karen Jeanne Kiskadden, 65, of Amity, died December 28, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born May 23, 1958, in Newport, RI, the daughter of the late Junior Guy and Virginia Anne Harris. Karen owned Hudson's Jewelers in Waynesburg for 30 years before going to college and becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked through the pandemic while battling cancer herself. She was a member of a large Bunko group that played monthly. She was the family caregiver any time a relative got sick and loved all animals. On June 17, 1978, Karen married Jerry Alan Kiskadden, who survives. Also surviving are her sons, Jeremy Kiskadden, and Brandon Keirs; a sister, Kellie (Patrick) Orlosky; grandchild, Kayeleena Lauver, aunt, Anna Mae Malone; mother-in-law, Peggy Hupp; sisters in law, Amy, and Lori Kiskadden; brother-in-law, Sam Kiskadden; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Karen in death were brothers, William B. McLaughlin, Michael Harris, and Guy W. Harris, and sister, Kathie V. Sims. Family and friends will be received Thursday, January 4, 2024, 2-4pm and 6-7pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301, followed by the service at 7pm.
