Judith Ann Dicks

Judith Ann Dicks, of Washington, passed away on December 6, 2023, at Premier Washington Health Center in Washington. Judith was born January 28, 1943, in Washington, the daughter of Walter K. and Betty Mae Roach Bedillion. She was their only child. Judith graduated from Trinity High School in the class of 1961. Judith married Rev. William G. Dicks on July 16, 1962, in Winchester, VA. During their marriage Judith enjoyed shopping, traveling, visiting her grandchildren, her weekly hair appointments and attending church with her husband. Judith was a homemaker. Judith had three children, Michelle, who passed away at birth, William G. Dicks, II, of Washington, and Lori (Don) Head, of Leland, IL. Judith had two grandchildren, Paul William Head, and David Lee Head, of Leland, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Betty Bedillion, her husband Rev. William G. Dicks and daughter Michelle. Judith enjoyed the companionship of Ronald Bell after the passing of her husband. They enjoyed traveling and eating out together for many years. Visitation will be December 13, 2023, 11 am until 1 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Rick Bruckner officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery alongside her husband and parents.
