Joyce Elaine Parks passed on to join those that went before her on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
She was born on April 27, 1950, in Washington, as the youngest daughter of four children to the late Earl and Janet Everley.
Joyce grew up in Morris Township, graduating from McGuffey High School in 1968.
She met David Parks in 1978 and adored their 33 years of marriage, fittingly making their home in Prosperity. She was never one to sit still for long, her love of fitness led her to becoming Curves consultant just two days into retirement. In the years leading up to her passing, she drove school vans for GG&C and Schweinebratens Bus Company, advancing to Bus Driver with a CDL license of which she was very proud.
In addition to her husband David, Joyce leaves behind to cherish her memory; two daughters, Tina Carr of Canonsburg and Heather Jennings of Naples, FL; a son David (Kami) Parks Jr. of Orlando, FL; also seven grandchildren Travis, Tonia, Trayia, Blake, Jillian, David 3rd and Johnathan; two puppies Dallas and Brindie.
